- The Rent Guarantee program includes:
- Guaranteed Rental income for up to 12 months or $60,000 per lease
- Automatic Rent Collection via EFT

- Up to $1,500 paid in reimbursement of eviction legal fees
The fee is 5% of the rent amount paid annually with a 12-month minimum commitment.
We collect the rent on your behalf, so we will be aware right away if the tenant hasn’t paid. We will then take the necessary steps to get in touch with the tenant and collect the payment. While you begin the eviction procedure with our staff, we will continue to pay your rent for up to 12 months if the tenant continues to be unresponsive.
To start the Rent Guarantee we need the following documents:
- Credit Report for each tenant – easily purchased on Tenantcube
- Proof of income in the form of recent Paystubs, T4, Bank statement or Employment Letter
- Your valid signed lease agreement
Additionally, we advise the landlord to conduct a pre-inspection report that includes photographs of the property and describes its state prior to the tenant’s move-in. The report should also include documentation of the landlord’s property and liability insurance.
No, Rent Guarantee is optional and you can use our technology without requiring to purchase Rent Guarantee. Some of our landlords purchase Rent Guarantee on only a few of their units.
