Niran Kulathungam

Extrovert, leader, critical thinker, speaker, conversation curator, real estate investor and all round fun guy. He brings his background as an academic, professor, dean and business executive to bear on the creation of wealth, entrepreneurial leadership development and meaningful impact. Niran actively invests and manages Real Estate (single and multi-family) while providing coaching and mentorship for others. He believes that a meaningful life is where wealth, passion and compassion meet. Niran can often be seen living in a suit or jeans, sometimes under a hat, coming from some event or going to some party.

Ken believes that time is our most important asset and resource that many take for granted. What would you do with more time? That’s precisely the problem Ken intends to solve, how to I maximize my time on a daily basis? The answer is systems. Using his background in technology and logistics, Ken was able to design, create and automate his real estate investment business to free up his time to spend with his growing family and their everyday needs.

Rob Iachetta
Chief Real Estate Strategist
Rob brings his extensive real-estate knowledge to the REWL Leadership Team. As part of the Executive Team, he is an Investor, Advisor and Strategist. With over 20 years of hands-on experience in real-estate investing, Rob has built a portfolio of multifamily properties, applied his fix-and-flip and Brrrr strategies, and has invested in Proptech (property-management) software and REITS. Rob is a multi-industry entrepreneur, having owned and operated companies for over 20 years in Marketing, Media and Publications, Print, SaaS based software, Fintech (providing financial life education and advisory services) based software, Excavation and Haulage Services, Environmental Contracting, Pool and Landscaping, Concrete Recycling as well as Private Equity Investing. Additionally, Rob has served on numerous board of directors and has volunteered with multiple charities. His passion to help others grow in real estate and in business is what drives him to further his mission to have “All people creating positive financial change in their lives”.
